Reviews and Ratings
Timber Pointe Resort offers a clean and relaxing atmosphere perfect for a family getaway. The proximity to Lake Cumberland made our boating trip easy and enjoyable. The coffee and breakfast selections were a highlight, but a few areas need some serious improvements regarding room comfort and dining quality. Overall, it's a decent choice if you’re looking for good value for a lakeside experience.
My family has been coming to this resort for years, but our recent stay was quite disappointing. While the cleanliness of the grounds and the coffee shop were highlights, the quality of the rooms and the service left much to be desired. We were also disappointed with some breakfast options and the general state of the accommodations. It felt like a place that had lost some of its charm.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. On the plus side, the place was exceptionally clean, and I appreciated the beautiful grounds. However, the comfort of the beds left much to be desired, and some of the management seemed a bit unresponsive. I was disappointed with the overall service and room condition, which affected my stay.
The resort is nestled in a beautiful natural setting with clean grounds and a lovely patio area. However, the rooms could use significant upgrades as the beds were uncomfortable, and the overall hospitality has seen better days. On the plus side, the coffee shop serves excellent food and brings a delightful atmosphere to the place.
During our stay, we appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the promptness of the staff in addressing issues, but unfortunately, the condition of the rooms left much to be desired. The location is very convenient for those wanting to explore Lake Cumberland, but the outdated accommodations did not meet our expectations for comfort. Overall, while the price was reasonable, the quality of sleep was compromised due to the uncomfortable beds and other maintenance issues.
